-Evaluates and assesses subordinates’ work performance and keeps track of allocated employees’ personnel records.
-Through the sales activity reporting process and frequent spot checks, closely monitors solicitation and booking activity.
-Throughout the resort, establishes and maintains a “guest first” emphasis.
-Establishes precise and aggressive long- and short-term financial goals in accordance with the company’s mission statement.
-Assists in the maintenance of effective emergency and security protocols by ensuring good safety practices among employees and guests.
-Utilizes and implements a guest comment scheme to the fullest extent possible. Takes immediate action in the event of a deficiency.
-Keeps a high level of personal visibility throughout the property.
-Maintains a suitable level of public affairs involvement in the community.
Yêu cầu công việc
– At least ten years track record at a comparative management level with demonstrable and evidenced success. Ideally high-end corporate, hotel and resorts.
– Strong commercial skills, time – management and prioritization skills, ability to identify opportunities to drive revenues.
– Excellent people management skills
– Professionalism and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
– Hands-on operator with the ability to lead by example through operational excellence
– Both expat and local candidates are eligible to apply
