Technical Leader (Golang/ NodeJS) – Up to 1.2B a YearLogin to view salaryWe’re looking for a Technical Leader to shape the engineering teams behind Healthcare’s digital experience and brand. You will manage and grow a strong team of developers, build relationships with stakeholders and other teams, and champion our vision to build a first-in-class healthcare experience.In this role, you will work closely with the product, design, and marketing teams to help expand the business nationally and improve our healthcare products’ activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.Your role & responsibilities:Lead and deliver patient and provider facing features for the provider and patient portalMentor engineers while allowing team members to shineBuild beautiful experiences using progressive technologies and patternsDemonstrate a mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, verbal agility, and diplomacy which allows you to rapidly earn the trust of engineers and product management leadersOwn the delivery of OKRs, work with the product team to define KPIs and meet SLAsLead a full stack development directly delivering value to patients and providers using technologies like Node.js, Typescript, Go, Kafka, Microservices, REST, AWS, Kotlin, etc. Does not need experience in all technologiesOur tech stack:GCP is our platform for all custom application development and servicesServices are dockerized and scheduled by KubernetesgRPC is our common service language. GraphQL is provided for clientsCurrent languages of choice are Golang (new services) and Kotlin (legacy)Managed Postgres with Cloud SQLDatadog handles our metrics, Sentry logs exceptionsGitHub actions is our CI/ CD serviceWe write test by Javascript/ TypescriptTest management with X-RayAutomation Test Framework: BDD (Cucumber) and Cypress/ PlaywrightThe frontend is built by ReactJS and micro-frontendYour skills & qualifications:Solid and strong at least one programming languages such as Golang, NodeJS, Kotlin, Javascript…Experience with Microservices Architecture, CI/ CD Pipeline, Docker, Containerization, Google Cloud Platform…Good at English written and spokenExperience in Web full-stack developmentExperience with the Agile development processGood interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge in testing, and quality product mindsetEffectively manage time and individually prioritize assignmentsStrong experience in estimating test activities and deliverableCarefulness and logical thinkingHave experience/ knowledge in managing teams, create the reportNộp hồ sơ liên hệ FPT SoftwareNộp hồ sơ ngay
