* Working place: Binh Dinh
* Job Description:
– Coordinate with HSE Committee of project to build up the regulations and procedures for project
– Popularize to all staffs the matters relating to HSE such as: Regime, policy, standards, legal requirements… of government and company.
– Propose and monitor the HSE programs
– Coordinate with HSE Committee to build up the yearly HSE objective and action plan; follow up this plan.
– Coordinate with PM/CM to build up the procedures and methods about occupational safety, sanitary, fire prevention….
– Conduct the HSE training for workers at site, incidence investigation and emergency response
– Coordinate with nurse to measure harmful elements in the workplace, monitor the status of injury, accident, and propose solutions to protect safety and health for workers
– HSE compliance assessment and propose the corrective actions
– Investigation and statistic of incident at office and site;
– Report and resolve all requirements of external parties
– Report periodically about status of HSE of project to Project manager, Construction manager and HSE manager at office

* Requirement:
– College / bachelor in the said technical field
– Good of English
– Experience: 03 years
