Solving any technical problems in the sample production process. – Nhận lệnh sản xuất mẫu, thông tin mẫu sản phẩm nội y cần sản xuất theo yêu cầu của khách hàng (bản mô tả đặc tính sản phẩm, thiết kế, bản phác thảo, rập giấy, nguyên mẫu sản phẩm, mẫu vải, chỉ, phụ liệu…) từ Trưởng phòng Phát triển Sản phẩm cũng như nhận tất cả nguyên phụ liệu, công cụ/ dụng cụ cần thiết để sản xuất mẫu từ Phòng Kho. Receive sample production orders, all necessary sample lingerie information as per client’s requirements (specifications, designs, sketches, paper patterns, prototype, fabrics, threads, accessories mock-ups…) from Product Development Manager as well as receiving all necessary materials, tools from Warehouse. – Vẽ kỹ thuật các chi tiết sản phẩm: hình dáng, chi tiết mặt cắt của mối nối & đường may… cũng như mô tả chi tiết kỹ thuật, phương pháp may cho từng công đoạn trong quá trình sản xuất mẫu. Preparing technical drawing details for the samples: shapes, details of cross-section of seams & stitch… and detailed description of sewing methods, techniques for each steps of the samples producing process. – Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát chặt chẽ toàn bộ các khía cạnh trong quá trình sản xuất mẫu nhằm đảm bảo nhân viên may mẫu tuân thủ đúng các thao tác, kỹ thuật, quy trình may; đảm bảo sử dụng đúng nguyên vật liệu, độ trùng khớp màu sắc (vải, chỉ, phụ liệu..), kiểu dáng, thông số (kích thước/ kích cỡ), chất lượng của sản phẩm mẫu hoàn chỉnh đều chính xác như đã được mô tả trong bản đặc tính sản phẩm, thiết kế, rập giấy hoặc/và nguyên mẫu; đảm bảo năng suất sản xuất mẫu nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng thời hạn giao mẫu. Responsible for supervising closely to all aspects of the sample production process to ensure the sewers are comply with sewing techniques and process; to ensure the forms/ shapes, correct materials (fabrics, threads, accessories…) using, colour matching, parameter (dimensions/ sizes), quality of the finished samples are exactly as clarified in the specifications, designs, patters and/or prototypes; to ensure productivity of the sample production process to meet client’s delivery time. – Lưu trữ tất cả các tài liệu liên quan đến việc sản xuất mẫu nội y bản mô tả đặc tính sản phẩm, thiết kế, bản phác thảo, rập giấy, nguyên mẫu sản phẩm, mẫu vải, chỉ, phụ liệu, sản phẩm mẫu hoàn chỉnh…) theo từng khách hàng và từng dự án. – Achieving all documents & materials related to the lingerie samples production (specifications, designs, sketches, paper patterns, prototypes, fabrics, threads, accessories mock-ups, finished samples…) by clients and by projects.
