Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensure payment is in an accurately and timely basis.
Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts and preparing monthly analytical reports.
Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance.
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
Continue to improve the payment process.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.
Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Experience in ERP software is an advantage.
Personal Quality Requirement:
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive work attitude.
Mature, able to work independently, well organized and detailed-minded.
Self-motivated, responsible & willing to learn.
Has a strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork.
