– Head of finishing department
– Monitoring consistent finish/colour across all production
– devising precise bulk color reproduction processes
– Recording formulations and tinting ratios for suppliers
– Rotation between production facilities ensuring consistency of finishing.
– Painting sample modifying and/or developing new pigments and dyes
– liaising with suppliers, customers, manufacturers, and factory production managers
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– Knowledge and experiences of colors and how to mix colors
– Knowledge of wood, properties of each type of wood
– Understand the properties of outdoor PU paint
– Proficient use of paint spray guns
– Used to do paint and color mixing techniques at wood companies
– Ability to work under pressure
