Supporting and leading any new large/complex opportunities from sales team at assessment and proposal phases. Provide initial and comprehensive analysis direction for technical design and business requirement of new projects. Support presentation of new solutions or services as advantages and benefits in pre-sales environment. Work closely with customers to understand their business processes and system requirements. Translate customer’s requirements into software requirement specifications. Interact with the development team to make sure requirements are fully and correctly understood. Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering. Have knowledge in software development life-cycle from requirement to system testing.
