Gardenline is a leading company in garden furniture manufacturer/export with over 30 years based in Vietnam. Gardenline is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversea the production operations in QUYNHON via its partner facilities and manage the QA/QC teams.
Overview of position:
The production manager has the responsibility of all the production departments and manufacturing Personnel, planning production to meet with customer requirements. The position will require a full understanding of solid wood and preferably outdoor manufacturing techniques. The position will be supported by our production office, purchasing team & drawing technical office.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
· Oversee the production process, monitoring the ongoing production schedules.
· Play a key role in the quality control and review processes to continually improve.
· To take responsibility for the company’s quality standard
· Supervise and motivate the QC & QA teams
· Build a motivated, competent and results focused QA/QC team.
· Review work performances
· Identify staff training needs.

Desirable experience and skills
· Three – Five years’ experience in a production management position.
· Deep understanding of outdoor timber manufacturing techniques.
· Planning and organization skills with strong communication skills to lead the team.
· Ability to act decisively and solve production or staff related problems.
· Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
· Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
· Ability to work in a logical systemic manner.
Other Requirements:
– Ho Chi Minh or Binh Duong candidate is preferred.
– High Level Vietnamese & English.
– Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office.
– To be based in QUYNHON or ability to travel to QUYNHON frequently.
