Mô tả việc làm- Always ensure the working time at the factory in accordance with the prescribed number of hours the company and comply with the company’s notices and rules. Always put the interests of the company first. No false, misleading information that disintegrates internally.- Must have basic knowledge (Logical thinking, management skills, reasonable, efficient and always fair work arrangement) and experience in the manufacture processes of the factory such as: Primary cutting, wood lamination, jointing and shapping, assembly, sanding, finishing, wicker-weaving, packaging….- Receiving information and instructions from the purchasing department, technical department, superior, customer care department … to master the quality inspection standards of products for each order, customer, the specific change information of the product in the order.- Job assignment must be appropriate to the professional ability of each person, must be fair in assignment and properly evaluated with the capacity of each person. Always supervise and check the work of subordinates to have timely reminders and instructions, in order to avoid errors and raise awareness and skills for subordinates. Always encourage the working spirit of subordinates.- Check and update regularly on the quality and progress of production (ensuring that the goods are always completed in accordance with the export schedule and in accordance with the quality required by the product) and coordinate with the factory to handle quality and progress issues in the factories that you manage.- Work with the factory on what affects the quality of goods as well as affect the export progress of the factory and must immediately and promptly report to superiors situations and incidents affecting the quality and schedule of shipments. Each week, must send reports on the production situation of all items in the factories that you in charge of to the GI company office.- When detecting differences in construction and quality of products when mass-produced with drawings or golden samples, you must immediately notify the technical department and superiors for confirmation and update of drawings.- Every 1-3 months, at least 1-3 things need to be fixed and improved at the factory you manage. Always have to make improvements, errors that need to be overcome to improve and stabilize quality and always share, support, comply with improvement suggestions from superiors so that the quality of the factory is always stable and improved.- Constantly update the changes in quality management process from time to time that the company offers.- There is always the thought that each product, the checked item code is a new product, the new code.- Ready to support and cooperate with colleagues, departments and superiors. Always obey orders and orders of superiors. Always make sure the products are checked at 2 stages of assembly and before packaging (To make sure the product is assembled easily, the right color, the right humidity …). This inspection must be sent a visual report to superiors at least once a week. Applies to all products.- Do not cause difficulties or hinder the work of subordinates, colleagues, superiors, company departments, factories. Do not make false statements that discredit the company, lose the trust of the factory, customers, third parties with the GI company to increase personal reputation.
