Mô tả việc làm
– Thực hiện viếng thăm & chăm sóc khách hàng, các chương trình bán hàng, khuyến mại.
– Tìm kiếm khách hàng & các hoạt động hỗ trợ đầu ra cho cửa hàng.
– Thu thập thông tin thị trường,thông tin đối thủ, đề xuất kế hoạch phát triển thịtrường.
– Thực hiện kế hoạch & các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên nhằm đảm bảo doanh số.
– Sản phẩm bán chính liên quan đến điện dân dụng (cầu dao điện, ampe,tủ điện)
Thời gian làm việc: Fulltime từ Thứ Hai – Thứ Bảy (48 tiếng/ tuần)
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– Tốt nghiệp Trung Học Phổ Thông
– Chịu khó, chủ động, nhiệt tình, ham học hỏi, trách nhiệm. có khả năng làm việc độc lập, có định hướng làm việc lâu dài
– Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, xây dựng quan hệ với điểm bán.
– Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm liên quan
– Biết sử dụng tin học văn phòng.
Quyền lợi
Trong đó incentives sẽ được chi phối bởi KPIs execution, như số lượng POS visit,trưng bày, chương trình,…
Tổng thu nhập nếu đạt KPI dao động 10.000.000 – 13,000,000 gross/tháng
- LCB 7.000.000 + 800.000 phụ cấp
– Bảo hiểm tai nạn và Bảo hiểm theo luật quy định
– Được cấp máy tính cá nhân (laptop)
– 100% lương trong Thời gian để thử việc 2 tháng
