Mô tả công việc

• Lead, manage and responsible for Cloud Competency of Business Unit’s CoE team:
– Support team to design, develop, monitor, automation setup, test, deploy and maintain cloud platform.
– Review, provide the development team cloud operation best practices, strategy, standards, tools and processes.
– Work directly with customer to complete work, collect, analyze customer requirement to provide cloud solution.
– Work close with Product Owner to build tools/framework or related self-developed product for competency development of CoE team.
– Work close with Product Owner to define customer related operational requirement, such as: SLA, SLI or/and SLO…
– Ensure support for culture of continuous improvement.
• Work and communicate with project stack-holder for both internal and external.
• Involve in important Business Unit pre-sale activities if required.
• Instruct the tribe to collect needs and function specifications from current users in order to identify opportunities for system enhancement and/or integration..

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:
• At least 2-3 years of total working experience in solution architect or equivalent positions.
• Familiar with Technical documentation writing and guiding that help development team easy to understand and implement.
• Experience and strong knowledge in Cloud Operation, Security and System Reliability.
• Familiar with Agile, DevOps practices and Cloud Native app development environment.
• Familiar with Container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and groups
• Good skills in English communication (both written and spoken) – TOEIC 650+ or equivalent.
Nice to have:
• Familiar with managing system by Configuration management tools and applying Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Familiar with Linux or Windows command line system, using Cloud native DevOps ecosystem such as: GitHub, GitLab CI, Jenkins, BitBucket Pipeline, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, Istio, Kong, …
• Strong at least 1 programming language such as: Java, Python, Javascript, Bash Shell…
• Pre-sale experience.
