In this role, your duties will include but not limit to: Manage team size 9 – 20 members To manage software development project including but not limited to estimation, planning, scope management, resource management, risk management, quality management ( Ensure the quality of the deliveries and Manage staffs and assign works according to project needs) To produce activity reports for all operations of the team (daily, weekly, monthly …) Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients and help clients in technical support; To implement strictly all the customer’s processes if being requested, the company’s processes and systems complied with CMMI standard; To support for presales activities (technical proposal and estimation); To support recruitment in the company. To perform training/seminars. Required skills/Experience: At least 7 years of development experience in Java/.Net and strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, cloud computing Experience in working as Project Manager Experience in Agile / Scrum Experience in manage people with various skills sets and years of experience while gaining their respect. Good at English speaking/writing skills; can confidently discuss with clients about technical approaches or issues in detail Project management, Problem solving skills Able to work toward tight deadlines and in pressure situations Years of experiences: At least 5 Years of experience Benefits/ Opportunity: Working in an international, dynamic and professional environment with many opportunities to develop career.
