Mô tả việc làm* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Manager to lead our data management, ETL, and project management efforts for our rapidly growing B2B industrial supplies and materials ecommerce startup. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technology initiatives and be familiar with Microsoft’s Low code Power Platform.Responsibilities:- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes.- Work with the executive teams to develop and design the working processes.- Manage project initiatives, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions on time.- Hire, manage, and mentor technology teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure their success in supporting our mission.Yêu cầu tuyển dụng- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in technology, with a focus on data management and project management.- Strong project management skills, with experience leading technology implementations.- Experience working in the ecommerce or related industries, with a deep understanding of customer needs and business requirements in a B2B context.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.* We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, up to $2000-$4000/month, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
