•Providing constant coaching and support for the change management purposes
•Responsible for development of concepts, strategies and tools for integrated performance management (including performance management, talent management and succession planning), and training variety of skills (including leadership management, management training)
•Increasing the Employee Engagement, promoting and putting in place diversity & inclusion programs;
•Providing all necessary support to the leadership team in daily HR operations including managing full employee life-cycle and building HR team;
•Securing the process of performance management in order to increase the effectiveness of the team to hit customer satisfaction target rates;
•Ensuring people development, company culture shaping;
•Provide clarity and support in execution for Salary, Bonus Program, Salary Structure, union trade…
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
•Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
•Strong decision-making skills.
•Knowledge of labor legislation ·
•Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
•Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
•At least 5 years in Manager level
•Prefer candidates from big production companies & live near Quy Nhon Province
