Document Management
Be responsible for receiving, forwarding, and archiving all kinds of documents of the company to ensure the safety, integrity, and timely processing of documents.
Classify, organize, file, and keep company documents to facilitate query and use.Assist leader in drafting, reviewing, printing, copying, and distributing various documents and reports.
Meeting and Activity Organization
Be responsible for arranging company meetings, including booking meeting rooms, notifying attendees, and preparing meeting materials.
Take meeting minutes, sort out meeting minutes, and track the implementation of meeting resolutions.
Assist in organizing various dept. activities such as team building activities and annual meetings.
Administrative Support
Be responsible for the distribution, and management of office supplies to ensure an adequate supply of office supplies.
Data Entry and Statistics
Be responsible for entering and organizing all kinds of data of the dept. to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Conduct data statistics and analysis to provide data support for leadership decision-making.
Other Tasks
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leaders and actively cooperate with the work of various departments of the company.

Requirement:
1. Educational Background
o College degree or above, major is not limited, secretarial, administrative management and other related majors are preferred.
2. Work Experience
o Those with certain clerk or assistant work experience are preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
3. Skill Requirements
o Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
o Have good word processing ability and document management ability.
o Have English reading and writing ability to handle English emails and documents.
o Better be able to speak Chinese
